Film Successes and Tireless Team Members…

Storm Doris is blowing in, which means it’s a day to be spent in the office. We’re feeling reflective today and have spent the morning looking through the successes of our films over the last few years and it’s safe to say we’re very proud of what we’ve achieved.

Since the company was founded in 2010 we have taken on a number of film and theatre projects, working with some marvellous talent, from the actors who’ve graced our stages and screens to the incredible crews who have worked tirelessly behind the camera and backstage to bring our productions to life.

Most recently we’ve focused our efforts on producing films for the festival circuit. Fix This, our first Transatlantic production has (to date) been accepted into 12 festivals and nominated for several awards, the first win being at the Texas Ultimate Shorts Fest. The latest appearance of Fix This will be at the UK Screen One International Film Festival in Leicester this March.

Meanwhile Time to Sleep is about to have its Australian Premiere in Melbourne on the 5th March as a finalist at the Phoenix Film Festival and our latest film (a collaboration with Kissing Gate Media) has just been launched onto the festival circuit and has already been accepted into two American festivals (more details to follow!).

Our recent film successes have been spear headed by one Green Girl team member in particular. This particular individual has covered countless miles and endured many sleepless nights to see these projects through to fruition, so we’d like to take this moment to tell you all how marvellous Matt Aucott is; so much of our festival success is down to his perseverance.

Just don’t trust him to look after your sausage rolls*.
